Stephen Lambert, Chief Executive

Stephen is the creator of several successful global formats including Wife Swap, Undercover Boss, Faking It and Secret Millionaire. He is the chairman of All3Media America as well as the CEO of Studio Lambert.

Prior to launching Studio Lambert in 2008, he was the creative head of the RDF Media Group for nine years as it rapidly grew from being a small UK indie into a major production house on both sides of the Atlantic.

Before joining RDF in 1998, he worked at the BBC for sixteen years making a wide range of award-winning documentary programs, including running BBC2’s acclaimed Modern Times strand.

Stephen divides his time between Studio Lambert in the UK and All3Media America in Los Angeles.
