Ros Ponder, Executive Producer

 

Ros started her television career working in Bosnia during the civil war in the 1990s.

 

She joined RDF Media is 1999 and worked on a wide range of documentaries and documentary formats. She was the executive producer of the award-winning Secret Millionaire for three years.

 

She is currently overseeing Undercover Boss in the UK and developing new series.
